The consultation fee is $100 for both in-person and over-the-phone consultations, all conducted by Attorney Johanna T. Sanchez, Esq. The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney’s time being reserved.
How do I pay the Consultation Fee?
The consultation fee is paid at the time the meeting is scheduled. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle.
How much time will I get with the Attorney?
The consultation will last 30 minutes.
How can I participate in a virtual consultation?
Consultations can be done over-the-phone (audio or video).
Can I have an in-person consultation?
Yes, we offer in-person consultations in Riverhead and Sag Harbor, New York.
What is the consultation fee refund policy?
If cancellations are requested after the booking and before 24 hours of the meeting, a refund will be issued (minus the credit card processing fees). The cancellation request must be done via phone at 631-204-3280 or via email at info@bilingual.law. The following information must be contained in your cancellation notice: your full name, date of appointment, and the reason for the cancellation. If the firm does not receive a notice of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the meeting, no refund shall be issued.

To reschedule your previously calendared meeting, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.
